This week Downtown Decay launched two fresh pallets- The Glinda Palette plus the Theodora Palette. These palettes, inspired because of the Disney movie Oz the truly amazing and Powerful, each feature eight new shades which will recreate the looks of each and every witch featured in the particular movie.
As a large number of Urban Decay junkies fully understand, Urban Decay recently changed the packaging of their total shadows. This is the very first collection to come out inside Build your own Color scheme format.
