Lush Unique Handmade Cosmetics: The Way Mall store bombs at service (Video)

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics has the best beauty and bath products in the business, carrying some of definitely the products; I write with regards to them often. My digits were tingling in premature December, waiting for the opening on their newest Indianapolis store, during the Fashion Mall at Keystone.

Having shopped from numerous Lush stores, visions of favorites danced in doing my head. The bath bombs are incredible along with true treat. The caramel along with toffee fizz of Vanilla Feature, Sex Bomb and Fizzbanger utilizing Apple Cinnamon were all of the waiting down the shoe store hallway. My list was went up by Oatfix fresh breathing apparatus with banana for my own dry skin; then I added some more goodies.

I followed in smiling, but a store was almost useless. Only a few stuff in stock, and almost nothing on my happy catalog. I walked around and see the labels holding the empty places of what had once existed. Recognizing they just opened, I assumed these folks were low on stock or possibly "something. " I walked to Nordstrom caf for various caffeine encouragement.

One full week later, cold weather was coming and I needed a Fizzbanger for any warm bath. Off towards Simon Mall with a smile -- to be disappointed again. Simply no product. Really? The system were empty and glass windows were bare. Customers were complaining about deficiency of product. How can an enterprise run like this?

So today I returned for round three. A good believer in never leaving behind, I especially never give up my favorites and all over again the store was publicize. My happy meter had expired. I asked to contact a manager and learned they dont have a person. Really, are you sure not everybody is in charge? Nicely, this could explain some things; just saying.

The woman who talked with me was an integral holder (some kind for super-employee) and I described my three visits with zero products. Apparently they have had trouble getting deliveries and the company hasn't been sending things in seeing that needed. She was pregnant product at 5pm; it was eventually already 7pm and absolutely nothing had arrived.

She was comfortable and put me even on a product waiting list. Thats more information on people in hope getting some product at Rich in Indianapolis. I far too am now listed: Robyne, Shower Bombs, and a multitude to call. Getting a bath bomb is similar to winning the lottery until I order online. Then, why would they demand the stores?

They are depreciating and disappointing customers. We consumers have got a choice in where in accordance with whom we spend each of our money. This is true inside the kitchen . in this soft economic climate where many stores desire to provide incentives.

Lush features disappointed Indianapolis. I saw about 60 people around the list and met a good many others who wanted to use their money on Lavish products. So, instead of enjoying any Friends With Benefits Stroke Bar (a chocolate along with marigold bath bar) on that snowy Friday night, I am writing a sad writeup on what I once regarded as a great company by means of super service.
